Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children and adults with autism in home and community settings. You will work one-on-one with clients under supervision from BCBAs, implementing individualized plans and tracking progress.

Qualified applicants are 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and may have college coursework in psychology or related fields. Travel between client locations is typical, with mileage reimbursement available.

Qualifications

• Requires 18+ years old and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• College coursework in psychology or related field is a plus, or relevant experience.
• Experience as a Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist or related role is accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support.
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Support positive behavior development.
• Record session data and client progress.
• Create engaging and structured learning environments.
