Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children are essential.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social skills, communication, and reduce restrictive behaviors.
• Document child progress and milestones.
• Follow and implement behavior change plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
