Job summary

Natera is seeking a Sales Training Manager, Oncology, to create and deliver clinical and sales training content for multiple Oncology products and teams. The role develops strong relationships with sales leadership to identify real-time training gaps and address them in new hire training classes, POA meetings, product or indication launch meetings, and global sales meetings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in medical or biological sciences preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in Laboratory Diagnostics industry.
• Previous field experience in sales or customer-facing role is preferred.
• Prior LMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for oncology new hires with Sales Leaders, HR and Area Trainers.
• Develop and deliver engaging new-hire training content and ongoing sales training across Oncology.
• Plan and execute annual global and unit sales meetings and plan-of-action training content.
• Assist in developing live clinical product and sales-skills training content (in person, Zoom, hybrid).
• Collaborate with product, marketing, medical, and other teams to align messaging for sales success.
• Maintain proficiency with Natera's sales processes and analytics tools.
