Sumitomo Pharma America is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager, Oncology for the Greater Seattle/Alaska region. This field-based role requires proven sales excellence, deep oncology/urology knowledge, and the ability to drive a new product launch in a nimble, start-up environment.

Candidates must reside in the Greater Seattle area and be prepared for travel. The role emphasizes strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and compliant promotion within federal and state laws.

Formación

• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in geography.
• Deep understanding of medical oncology and/or urology spaces.
• Ability to present scientific and marketing materials clearly to HCPs.
• Proficiency in virtual/remote customer access and interactions.
• Strong comfort with technology platforms and hardware/software.
• Experience with GPO contracts, IDN influence, reimbursement, and copay implications.
• Knowledge of payer mix and reimbursement environments in territory.

Responsabilidades

• Execute brand plans to meet territory sales objectives.
• Maintain relationships with medical oncology, urology providers, and related groups.
• Articulate clinically relevant messaging to stakeholders.
• Drive demand through informed dialogue and patient journey understanding.
• Create and implement a territory business plan and track progress.
• Monitor competitive activity and advise leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Training, Ops, and Market Access to launch plans.
• Adhere to all relevant regulations and company policies.
