Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of relevant pharma, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare experience.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and account management skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% across the assigned Florida territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase referrals and pharmacy utilization.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers, oncologists, clinical teams, and office staff.
• Conduct in-person account visits and maintain a consistent call cycle.
• Track sales activity and performance using Salesforce and other databases.
• Educate providers and staff on specialty pharmacy services, reimbursement processes, and resources.
• Monitor competitors and market trends and collaborate with leadership on objectives.
• Attend sales meetings, conferences, and training programs as needed.
