GlaxoSmithKline in the United States seeks a field-based oncology Territory Manager to build trusted partnerships with care teams in Florida territory and execute territory plans. You will work with oncology care teams to improve patient access, identify key prescribers, and align resources with territory goals.

You will collaborate with medical affairs, market access, and commercial operations to deliver measurable results and support launches through compliant field programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical, biologic, specialty sales, or clinical oncology experience with direct physician or institutional engagement.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive within the assigned territory; driving is an essential function.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with oncologists, specialty pharmacists, nurse navigators, and institutional accounts in your territory.
• Create and execute clear territory business plans that align with broader commercial goals.
• Identify key prescribers and accounts and apply resources to support their needs and priorities.
• Work with cross-functional partners to improve patient access and ensure timely availability of therapies.
• Use customer insights and data to prioritize actions, set goals, and measure performance.
• Support launches and local promotional activities through coordinated, compliant field programs.
