Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required with at least 6 years of pharma/healthcare sales experience.
• Experience developing regional sales strategies and executing them.
• Willingness to travel ~50%.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with reimbursement processes in specialty pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive BioPlus adoption.
• Maintain in-person meetings with healthcare providers and staff.
• Use Salesforce and other tools to identify accounts and document activity.
• Build, manage, and sustain relationships with providers and coordinators.
• Travel within territory and participate in meetings and trainings.
