Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline in the United States is seeking a field-based Territory Sales professional to manage a defined Florida territory, including Naples, Sun City, Lakeland and Sebring, building trusted oncology partnerships and expanding patient access.

You will create and execute territory business plans, work with medical affairs, market access and commercial teams, and drive measurable results while maintaining patient-centered outcomes and compliant field programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical, biologic, specialty sales, or clinical oncology experience with direct physician or institutional engagement.
• Residence within assigned territory; valid driver's license; ability to travel within the territory (30–50%).
• Relocation assistance is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with oncologists, specialty pharmacists, nurse navigators, and institutional accounts in your territory.
• Create and execute clear territory business plans that align with broader commercial goals.
• Identify key prescribers and accounts and apply resources to support their needs and priorities.
• Work with cross-functional partners to improve patient access and ensure timely availability of therapies.
• Use customer insights and data to prioritize actions, set goals, and measure performance.
• Support launches and local promotional activities through coordinated, compliant field programs.
