EXECUSEARCH is seeking an Oncology Area Business Manager in California to drive defined territory sales, build relationships with hematologists and oncologists, and execute territory plans that leverage company resources and marketing strategies.

This role emphasizes product knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, compliant reporting, and timely travel to appointments while delivering value to patients with cancer, immune challenges, and related disorders.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited school required.
• Minimum two years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Sales Oncology/Hematology experience preferred.
• BA focus in business or life science preferred.
• Ability to think, plan, and act strategically.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement territory business plans aligned with marketing strategies.
• Promote oncology products to hematologists and oncologists within territory.
• Collaborate with field partners to execute strategy across IDNs, reimbursement, and accounts.
• Complete call reporting, business plan updates and expense reports.
• Attend training sessions, conventions and symposia as required.
