Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy in Spokane, WA seeks an Oncology Territory Sales Director to cover the Northwest region. You will develop and manage a designated territory, aiming to exceed sales forecasts and build relationships with oncology physicians, cancer centers, and clinics.

The role requires 5–10+ years in medical/pharmaceutical sales, oncology experience preferred, and strong teamwork, communication, and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years in medical or pharmaceutical sales, oncology preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities are essential.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; proficient with MS Office and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals for the Northwest territory.
• Identify key influencers and manage the sales pipeline.
• Deliver product presentations to oncology providers and hospitals.
• Demonstrate consultative, probing communication with customers.
