Job summary

Onco360 is seeking an Oncology Territory Sales Director to lead field sales in the Northwest, based in Spokane, WA. The role emphasizes developing and managing a regional territory, engaging oncology physicians, cancer care centers, and hospitals, and driving revenue growth.

The candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and delivering impactful product presentations with a consultative approach.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of medical or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Oncology sales experience strongly desired.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
• Experience with CRM and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals in the Northwest territory.
• Identify key influencers and manage the sales pipeline.
• Meet call expectations with top target accounts.
• Deliver compelling product presentations to customers.
• Demonstrate consultative, proactive communication with providers.
• Develop relationships with oncology providers, clinics, and hospitals.
