Onco360 is seeking an Oncology Territory Sales Director to lead field sales in the Northwest, covering Tacoma, WA. You will drive regional growth, manage key oncology practices, and build hospital-based relationships with oncology providers and cancer care facilities.

The role requires 5–10+ years in Medical/Pharmaceutical Sales, oncology experience, and strong communication skills. Travel is involved to meet quarterly sales goals and top targets.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years or more of Medical or Pharmaceutical Sales experience.
• Oncology sales experience strongly desired.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a regional territory to maximize and reach sales forecasts.
• Build hospital and clinic partnerships with oncology providers.
• Deliver product presentations and maintain an opportunity pipeline.
