Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy in Tacoma, WA seeks a Territory Director (Field Sales) to cover the Northwest region. The role focuses on developing key oncology practices, hospital relationships, and driving sales growth with a self-motivated, team-focused approach.

Local candidates with oncology and pharmaceutical sales experience are preferred. Salary range from $115k-$130k annually, along with commission plan.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in medical or pharmaceutical sales.
• Oncology sales experience highly desired.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritizing abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Identify key influencers and manage the pipeline.
• Meet call targets with focus on top accounts.
• Deliver product presentations to customers.
• Demonstrate probing and consultative communication.
• Be familiar with oncology providers and hospital/clinic communities.
• Remain self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
