Parexel is seeking an Integrated Solution Strategy Director - Oncology to join our team in a remote capacity. You will lead oncology solution strategies, partner with multiple accounts, and guide pre- and post-sales activities to address client needs and deliver value in a complex, cross-functional setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in Life Science/CRO environment.
• 5+ years in strategic drug development planning or related activities.
• 5+ years Oncology expertise with design, operational conduct, and global delivery experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Accounts, Growth Accounts, and SBUs to identify opportunities and craft oncology solutions.
• Provide guidance to Sponsors and internal teams with oncology expertise to develop competitive solution models.
• Create customer-focused, well-presented proposal content differentiating Parexel.
• Ensure responses reflect strategy discussions and meet client needs while conveying value and success factors.
• Define bid pursuit content and support proposal strategies and meetings as needed.
• Drive a consultative approach to develop unique business solutions and position Parexel’s value.
• Provide strategic leadership in pre- and post-sales activities and for major accounts.
• Support clients through the pre-award process and promote solution adoption.
