Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule medical appointments across campus for physicians, facilities and practices.
• Receive orders and effectively schedule and reschedule appointments, tests, and procedures.
• Provide patients with information, pre/post-test instructions, directions, and respond to questions within guidelines.
• Communicate with patients, facilities, providers and clinical staff to ensure a seamless, empathetic patient experience.
