Qualifications

Two years of scheduling experience in a physician’s office or hospital.
Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with commonly used office software and medical practice management scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

Schedule medical appointments across campus with physicians, facilities, and staff.
Coordinate tests, procedures, and referrals per physician orders and protocols.
Provide patients with pre/post-instruction and appointment directions; answer questions within guidelines.
Communicate with patients, facilities, providers, and clinical teams via phone, chat, email, or EMR messaging.
