Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan nursing care for patients according to organizational policies and professional standards.
• Coordinate and supervise nursing care with the health care team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Document nursing care, assessments and patient responses in the medical record.
• Evaluate patient progress and revise plans of care as needed in collaboration with the care team.
• Communicate patient status and care needs to physicians and other caregivers.
