Under the Supervisor Cancer Center Scheduling, you will deliver exceptional customer service, handle patient registration and insurance verification, and coordinate scheduling across several departments within oncology, including clinic and infusion areas.

The role requires critical thinking, effective communication between staff and providers, and the ability to manage multiple activities impacting patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year clerical and/or customer service experience.
• Preferred experience in healthcare setting.
