Job summary

The Tacoma cohort requires WA RN licensure, BLS, and timely completion of ACLS/PALS/NRP, with TNCC/LNPC/PEARS within 1 year as needed.

Qualifications

• New graduate RNs or experienced RNs transitioning to hospital/oncology areas.
• RN license in WA or MLS endorsement.
• Current BLS Certification required; ACLS, PALS, NRP within 90 days; TNCC, LNPC, PEARS within 1 year as required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate, and delegate nursing functions across the lifespan.
• Utilize nursing process for health teaching and care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other staff to improve quality of care, patient experience, and cost efficiency.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
