Job summary

MultiCare Health System in Tacoma, WA is seeking a RN Resident/Transition to Practice Fellow for the PCU TG February 22 cohort. This full-time (0.9 FTE) program supports new grads and experienced RNs moving into hospital and specialty areas.

Combines classroom instruction with clinical hours under expert preceptors to build autonomy and strong patient care skills. The role requires a Bachelor's in Nursing (or within five years of hire), WA RN license, BLS, and departmental-required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required or completed within five years of hire.
• WA RN license or multi-state license endorsement (MLS) required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, NRP within 90 days as required.
• TNCC, LNPC, PEARS within 1 year as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate nursing care.
• Use the nursing process for patient care and health teaching.
• Work under physician direction while providing safe, quality care.
• Collaborate to improve care quality, patient experience and efficiency.
