Bayer is seeking an Associate Director of Oncology Regional Marketing to lead field-based initiatives for NUBEQA and XOFIGO across the Northeast. You will engage KOLs, coordinate regional conventions, and manage speaker programs to support sales growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role covers Boston, NYC, and multiple Northeast states, requiring travel, strategic thinking, and strong communications to build partnerships with healthcare professionals and key accounts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required and clean driving record.
5-7 years in pharma/biotech with 2+ years customer-facing.
2 years in oncology/urology therapeutic areas.
Proven sales, customer-facing success and project management.
Ability to build relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Engage KOLs and manage relationships to support the prostate franchise.
Lead and execute regional conventions and TL engagement activities.
Oversee speakers' bureau and peer-to-peer program content.
Drive marketing initiatives and field advisory board activities.
Partner with sales, medical affairs, and other internal teams.
