Bayer is seeking an Associate Director of Oncology Regional Marketing to lead field-based activities for NUBEQA and XOFIGO across the Northeast region. Travel to customer meetings, industry events, and corporate meetings is expected to drive KOL engagement and regional program execution.

You will coordinate with sales, medical affairs, and field teams to implement marketing initiatives, speaker programs, and TL engagements, aiming to meet brand sales targets and optimize regional presence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years in pharma/biotech with at least 2 years in customer-facing roles.
• 2 years in oncology or urology therapeutic areas.
