Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare.
• Willingness to travel strongly preferred.
• Experience in oncology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the regional sales strategy to drive adoption and utilization of BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy for oncology meds.
• Maintains sales effectiveness in the territory with regular in-person meetings with healthcare providers and staff.
• Uses databases and Salesforce to identify key accounts, document activities, and analyze performance metrics.
• Builds and maintains relationships with providers, coordinators, medical teams, and pharma partners.
• Travels up to 50% as required and participates in sales meetings, conferences, and training programs.
