Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharma leader, seeks a Senior Director to steer Early Phase and Late Oncology Program Management within Global Clinical Development Operations. The role partners with Clinical Development leadership to shape study design, feasibility, and execution across a global portfolio.

You will oversee budgets and timelines for drug project governance, drive data-driven decisions, and collaborate with CROs, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, on-budget

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading early-phase oncology/program management.
• Experience partnering with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Biostatistics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-country trial portfolios and multi-million dollar budgets.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic vision for Late Oncology & Early Phase Program Management.
• Lead global early-phase trials (Phase 1 FIH, 1b) on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, vendor governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of Clinical Operations Directors/Associate Directors.
