US Oncology Network's Gynecologic Oncology Clinic in Central Austin is hiring a Patient Services Representative to support billing, insurance verification, and patient counseling. This full-time, weekday-only role (8:30am-5:30pm) has no weekends, calls, or major holidays, and offers a path from Level 1 to Sr based on experience.

Based at the Central Austin location, you will handle registration, estimate patient financials, collect payments, and assist families with resources, while upholding

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Entry level requires 0-3 years of medical business office experience; Senior level requires 5+ years.
• Experience with insurance verification, pre-authorization, and patient financial counseling is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Obtain and verify patient insurance information and enter into the system.
• Collect co-pays and explain financial obligations.
• Obtain pre-authorization of services and referrals.
• Assist patients with community resources as needed.
• Support and adhere to the US Oncology Compliance Program.
