• Ability to use computers and office equipment; adapt to a fast-paced clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Manage department documents, import and scan records.
• Coordinate approvals and authorizations for IV or oral medications.
• Reschedule patients and process disability paperwork as needed.
• Process medical records requests and handle incoming/outgoing mail.
• Notify patients about appointment dates and prepare test instructions.
