Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic medical scheduling preferred; familiarity with EHR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments across clinics, including internal and external referrals and procedures.
• Coordinate complex chemotherapy plans and radiology/procedures timing.
• Answer calls, route messages, and assist with patient check-out workflows.
• Track patients in the EHR and ensure no appointments are missed.
• Generate and respond to reports; communicate with pre-certification and billing teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to clinic policies; travel to other clinics as needed.
