Responsibilities

• Greets and checks in and out patients and guests.
• Verifies patient identity and visit details.
• Completes check-in/out and demographic/insurance updates.
• Registers patients as needed.
• Collects co-payments and payments.
• Posts payments and processes billing; closes cash drawer daily.
• Keeps waiting area clean and comfortable.
• Informs patients of delays or changes in appointments.
• Schedules appointments as needed.
• Floats to other ICCs/departments as needed.
