Responsibilities

• Greet and interview incoming patients to identify needs and direct them accordingly.

• Resolve issues by clarifying problems and researching solutions and implementing them.
• Improve inefficiencies and share error trends with staff to improve results.
• Coordinate and facilitate Call Center for transfers to Oncology departments or individuals.
• Handle customer complaints with courtesy and empathy.
