Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) or more years of medical administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow.
• Call pharmacies, bill patients and verify precertifications.
• Triage phone calls from patients, physicians and insurance companies.
• Maintain patient and business confidentiality to ensure needs are met.
