Job summary

The Patient Access Manager at GSK is a field-based SPOC helping providers and patients navigate coverage, reimbursement, and support solutions to start and stay on therapy. You will guide onboarding and ongoing access across the GSK Oncology portfolio, coordinating with provider accounts on coverage, coding, and payment questions after a prescribing decision.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
3+ years of experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or access navigation.
Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Serve as the SPOC for patients, caregivers and HCP offices on oncology coverage and access.
Educate providers on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies and assist with access case resolution.
Identify and elevate complex access and reimbursement issues to specialty teams.
Document interactions and outcomes in Salesforce Health Cloud and maintain HIPAA-compliant processes.
