Mercy South Sindelar Cancer Center in St. Louis, MO is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Navigator to guide oncology patients and families through the cancer journey.

You will coordinate care with oncologists, infusion, imaging, social work, and other teams to ensure timely, high-quality treatment and support throughout diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and follow-up care. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current RN license in state of practice
• 2-3 years nursing experience
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and navigate oncology care across diagnosis to survivorship
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, meds, procedures, and side effects
• Facilitate communication among patients, providers, infusion, imaging, and other teams
• Develop and execute individualized care plans with physicians and teams
• Assist with referrals, scheduling, and transitions of care
• Monitor patient progress and address barriers to care
• Provide emotional support and connect to resources and financial assistance
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC and systems
• Track outcomes and contribute to program development
• Serve as a clinical resource across cancer care continuum

RN License in State

Nursing Experience 2-3 yrs

BLS Certification

Education
