Job summary

Mercy South Sindelar Cancer Center in St. Louis, MO seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Navigator to guide oncology patients through diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and follow-up.

You will coordinate care with the oncology team, educate families, and help remove barriers to timely care. Working with physicians, infusion, imaging, social work, and other specialists, you will document in EPIC, monitor outcomes, and support patients and families with resources and referrals

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• 2–3 years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and navigate oncology care across diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and follow-up.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, procedures, side effects, and support resources.
• Facilitate communication between patients, providers, infusion services, imaging, and other teams.
