Job summary

Mary Washington Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staffing and budget planning, and partner with the Director to drive clinical and operational performance. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a commitment to quality and cost-effective patient care.

You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, support education initiatives, and actively engage in performance improvement, staff development, and interdepartmental collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school required.
• Masters degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
• Valid RN license in Virginia or reciprocal state required.
• AHA BLS Provider CPR required at hire.
• Professional Nursing Leadership Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the service and support associates.
• Lead staffing plans, schedule management, and budgeting with the Director.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality initiatives.
• Facilitate staff communication, meetings, and performance reviews.
• Monitor service outcomes and engage in continuous improvement.
