Job summary

Mary Washington Healthcare is seeking an Associate Vice President for Oncology to lead the Oncology Service Line’s administrative and operational functions across sites. You will partner with physician and nurse leaders to advance growth, quality, safety, patient experience, and cost performance while guiding strategy, performance scorecards, and budget planning.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare strategy, operations, or service line management.
• Experience in oncology services or complex clinical service lines preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in financial planning, market analysis, and business development.
• Proven ability to lead in a matrixed, physician-integrated environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the service line strategy and annual priorities and targets.
• Maintain the service line performance scorecard and develop business plans for service line initiatives.
• Represent the service line in budget development and capital planning and provide analyses for inputs.
