Caris Life Sciences is seeking an Oncology Account Executive to drive territory growth by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing relationships. You will engage oncologists, pathologists, and hospital stakeholders, promoting Caris tumor profiling and molecular intelligence solutions.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, clinical education, and high-touch account management across the order lifecycle, with emphasis on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong understanding of oncology practices and molecular diagnostics.
• Knowledge of billing and reimbursement environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new account acquisition and organic growth through strategic prospecting and value-based selling.
• Position Caris as a preferred provider of tumor profiling and molecular intelligence solutions.
• Meet or exceed revenue, activity, and performance targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders across clinics and hospitals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain CRM documentation.
