What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales for oncology therapeutics specifically within the breast cancer key stakeholder community
- Make outbound calls and conduct Zoom and face-to-face meetings to educate customers
- Convey complex clinical, diagnostics, and reimbursement information to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional peers to ensure comprehensive service offerings
- Travel to accounts as needed to support sales efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution
- 1-3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or device industries
- Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives
- Superior communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work from home in a suitable office environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of remote/inside sales experience
- 1-3 years of oncology sales experience
- Experience in rare disease sales
- Demonstrated analytical skills and business acumen
- Proven ability to communicate complex clinical messages effectively
