What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Educate key stakeholders about oncology therapeutics through outbound calls, Zoom meetings, and face-to-face interactions
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to uncover their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional peers to ensure the company's suite of services is effectively available
- Communicate complex clinical, diagnostics, and access & reimbursement information to customers and stakeholders
- Travel to accounts as needed to foster relationships and support sales efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution
- 1-3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or device industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and success in prior sales roles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work remotely
- Knowledge of the reimbursement and fulfillment pathway for specialty products

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of oncology sales experience
- 2 years of remote/inside sales experience
- Experience in rare disease sales
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and computer skills
- Strong planning, prioritization, and analytical skills
