Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years in a medical office or oncology/infusion setting
• Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of oncology terminology and infusion protocols

Aufgaben

• Coordinate infusion appointments and treatment plans with providers and infusion nursing staff
• Serve as liaison across departments (providers, pharmacy, IR, radiology, PAC, RCM, infusion) to meet pre-treatment requirements
• Confirm prior authorizations before day of treatment
• Educate patients on treatment regimens and what to expect during infusions
• Monitor schedules daily to ensure accuracy and efficient patient flow
• Maintain HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards
