Job summary

Labcorp Oncology is seeking a field-based Oncology Development Executive to drive growth across the Riverside/San Bernardino/Palm Springs territory. You will lead strategic accounts, build relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders, and promote Labcorp’s oncology diagnostics and precision medicine portfolio.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, cross-functional collaboration, and advancing cancer care through emerging solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 9 years of experience; or Associate degree with 7 years; or Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a scientific discipline with 5 years of experience; or Master's degree in Business, Public Health, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or a scientific discipline with 3 of experience.
• 5 years of business development, territory management, or strategic account management experience
• 5 years of oncology sales, oncology diagnostics, molecular diagnostics, pharmaceutical oncology, biotechnology oncology, laboratory services, or precision medicine commercial experience

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive new business acquisition, competitive conversion, and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute territory strategies to increase adoption of Labcorp Oncology solutions.
• Achieve revenue, market share, and new account objectives.
• Manage daily activity, pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity tracking through Salesforce CRM.
