Job summary
Labcorp is seeking a field-based Oncology Development Executive to lead new business acquisition and grow Labcorp's oncology diagnostics portfolio in the Oklahoma City territory. The role requires strategic account management, multi-stakeholder engagement, and a proven track record in oncology sales.

Qualifications
- 5 years of oncology sales or related diagnostic experience.
- 5 or more years in business development or strategic account management.
- Experience selling to oncology practices, pathology groups, cancer centers, health systems, or academic medical centers.
- Travel up to 75% within territory.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across oncology practices, pathology groups, cancer centers, health systems, IDNs, and academic medical centers.
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies that increase adoption of Labcorp's oncology diagnostics and precision medicine portfolio.
- Achieve territory revenue, market share, new account, and growth objectives.
- Maintain accountability for opportunity management, pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance through Salesforce CRM utilization.
