Job summary

Labcorp seeks an Oncology Development Executive to lead field-based growth across Western/Upstate/Albany NY, including Buffalo. You will drive new business, manage complex accounts, and advance Labcorp’s oncology diagnostics portfolio through consultative selling and strategic planning.

The role requires deep knowledge of oncology diagnostics, genomics and precision medicine, with multi-stakeholder sales experience and the ability to navigate large health systems.

Qualifications

• 9+ years experience with HSD/GED or equivalent.
• 5+ years in oncology sales or related fields.
• 5+ years in business development, territory or strategic account management.
• 5 years selling into oncology practices, cancer centers or health systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth in oncology diagnostics.
• Develop territory growth strategies across oncology practices and health systems.
• Maintain opportunity management, pipeline development and forecasting accuracy.
• Lead consultative sales engagements focusing on oncology diagnostics and precision medicine.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives.
