Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; business development, oncology diagnostics, molecular testing, or related field.
• Five or more years in strategic account management in oncology diagnostics or related areas.
• Proficiency with sales methodologies and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities within the territory.
• Develop and implement territory strategies.
• Manage relationships with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead consultative sales focusing on molecular and genomic testing solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—sales support, medical affairs, and market access.
• Track pipeline and forecast using CRM.
