Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism.
• Manage front desk check-in/check-out and scheduling.
• Verify demographics, insurance eligibility and collect copays.
• Enter patient data into EMR and ensure accuracy.
• Support post-visit follow-up needs and communications.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate records.
