Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma required.
• BSN preferred within 5 years of hire.
• 2-3 years Med-Surg/Oncology experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards.
• Maintain safety and apply evidence-based practice in patient care.
• Report safety issues and participate in quality initiatives.
• Supervise and direct task delegation to team members.
• Collaborate with other providers to plan and implement care.
