Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's Degree or higher in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
• Two years of healthcare financial counseling or patient access experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance coverage and establish patient financial responsibility.
• Coordinate pre-certifications, prior authorizations, and benefit verification.
• Counsel patients on insurance benefits, out-of-pocket costs, and available financial assistance.
