Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. is seeking an Oncology Sales Specialist for the Oklahoma City region. You will engage with customers, educate stakeholders on oncology products, and strive to meet or exceed territory sales goals while coordinating with the Oncology team.

The role requires field-based travel and the ability to build durable relationships with hospitals, clinics, and specialty pharmacies. Located near the district preferred; travel may include overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8+ years of sales experience.
• 2+ years of oncology field-based sales experience.
• Equivalent experience can be professional sales experience, healthcare/oncology background with strong preference for oncology.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive.
• Travel as required, including overnight travel.
• Reside in or near the district.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales goals for the geography.
• Educate key stakeholders about our Oncology products and collaborate with the Oncology team.
• Identify customer needs, develop relationships with care teams, and communicate value of therapies.
