Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director, Field Reimbursement Strategy & Execution—Oncology to lead the FRM team across the Oncology portfolio. You will shape strategy, operating models, and field execution, collaborating with brand, market access, analytics, and technology partners to remove access barriers and support patients on therapies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.
Eight or more years of business experience including sales, marketing, access, reimbursement, operations or analytics.
Experience in access, reimbursement, patient services, or field customer engagement.
Leadership experience with ability to coach and develop talent.
Ability to shape strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive accountability.
Ability to influence without authority and partner across complex organizations.

Responsibilities

Define FRM strategy and operating model across Oncology, aligning brand, access and field priorities.
Lead launch readiness and field actions for new brands and indications.
Define metrics, dashboards, and data-driven insights to inform strategy and execution.
Oversee capability building, national meetings, and training for FRM teams.
Direct three reports and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
