Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business/public administration (MBA/MPH preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in account management and reimbursement in provider office settings
• Expertise with pharmacy and medical/buy-and-bill benefit design, coding, billing, prior authorizations, and appeals
• Reimbursement or managed care experience (revenue cycle, buy-and-bill, prior authorization, coding, appeals)
• Ability to establish relationships, collaborate, and influence across a matrix organization
• Strong problem-solving abilities for access scenarios
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with patient support HUB services
• Valid US driver’s license with compliant driving record
• Permanent residence in the territory

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements
• Collaborate with field support and act as reimbursement expert for local team
• Address critical access and affordability issues with urgency
• Partner with managed care colleagues on policies and changes
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support
• Build trust-based relationships with Oncology accounts
• Manage territory logistics and account planning
• Stay updated on market dynamics and coverage requirements
• Expand knowledge of hub and specialty distribution channels
• Collaborate with internal Janssen departments on education and insights
• Follow ethical, legal, and compliance standards
