Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Philadelphia/South Jersey territory to educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes and product access. This role involves on-site engagement with HCPs up to 50% while collaborating with internal teams to overcome payer and access challenges.

You will build strong relationships, manage territory logistics, and stay current on coverage, coding, and policy changes to drive patient access across Janssen Oncology therapies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in account management or reimbursement in provider settings.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy and medical/buy & bill processes.
• Ability to influence across a matrix organization.
• Valid US driver’s license and driving record; permanent territory residence.

Responsabilidades

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support and act as reimbursement expert.
• Address access and affordability issues with urgency.
• Partner with managed care to understand current policies.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and education.
• Build relationships with Oncology accounts.

• Stay updated on coverage and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and PECS as SME.
